Fresh Start 1 - 10 Second Upgrade

Welcome to Our Fresh Start.

I called it that for a reason: every Monday is a new week, a new beginning, a new opportunity to start again.

And it’s never too early or too late to begin building the life (and health) you want.

We don’t do that with perfect plans and dramatic overhauls. We do it one step, one choice, one tiny habit at a time.

So this week, I’m inviting you to start fresh with this:

Fresh Start Habit: Add a pinch of Celtic Sea salt to your water

Why this matters?

Modern life is… dehydrating. Stress, coffee, busy schedules, sweating, flying, low-carb phases (whatever your mix is), it’s easy to drink water but still feel flat.

Celtic Sea salt is super high in trace minerals that support hydration because it provides natural electrolytes, which help draw water into your cells, instead of it running straight through you.

For many people, this can feel like:

  • More energy
  • Better mental focus
  • less of that “dragging myself into the day” feeling
  • Improved digestion (because hydration matters for motility and stomach function)

How to do it (keep it stupid simple)?

  1. Tonight: fill a glass of water and place it next to your bed.
  2. Add a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
  3. Tomorrow morning: before you get out of bed, drink the whole glass.

No Celtic salt? No problem. Pink Himalayan salt works too.

That’s it. No expensive electrolyte supplement. Just a tiny habit with a big ripple effect.

Have you tried this habit before? Hit reply and tell me: yes or not yet (and if you want, tell me how you feel after 3 days).

With love (and a hydrated body),

P.S. Not sure which salt to use? Reply with where you’re based (country is enough) and I’ll tell you my favorite brand in your area.

Welcome to Real Health in Real Life. Behind the Scenes of what's working, what's not & what I'm doing about it. Quick, honest, and practical. Life lately:This past week has been a bit crazy. The days are flying by. I look at the clock thinking it’s 10am but suddenly it’s 4pm. Where are the days going!!! Work has been extra stressful and it has felt like a balancing act I have gotten right. The best way I can describe it is this: you know when you shake up a dirty water bottle and everything...

I need to share one of my biggest pet peeves with you as someone who is in the health & wellness industry: It’s this whole idea of “balancing hormones.” If I had a dollar for every time someone said, “My goal is to balance my hormones,” or “My doctor said my symptoms are due to hormonal imbalance,” I would be able to retire today. Here’s the part that gets me: when I ask, “Which hormones?” the answer is usually something like…“I don’t know. Just hormones in general.” Friends, we have 200+...

I’m starting something new: Behind the Scenes of Real Health in Real Life. It’s my weekly, no-fluff check-in on how I’m navigating real health in real life. The wins, the wobbles, and the tools that are actually helping. Quick, to the point, and (hopefully) the kind of email that makes you feel like you’re not doing this alone. Here’s this week’s Behind the Scenes: Life lately:I’ve been home alone for three weeks, and I’m honestly using this time as a little gift to my nervous system. More...
