Hey Reader,
Pop quiz: How many steps should you aim for each day?
If "10,000" popped into your head, it's time for a rethink.
Don't get me wrong; it's a nice, round number. But it's also a tad... impersonal.
Another shocking stat is that 4000k steps daily (or less) is seen as being sedentary. Honestly, I have had days where my step count is as low as 600…Shocking and embarrassing but true.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Remember, it's not about following the crowd; it's about finding what fits you best.
Tailor your journey, and watch how you thrive. A healthy lifestyle is one that works for YOU!
It’s time to march (but not stress) to the beat of our own drums.
To Optimal Health & Happiness,
P.S If you do not currently get the standard 10k steps daily, here are some easy tips to help you. Forward this on to a friend so they can benefit to :)

I need to share one of my biggest pet peeves with you as someone who is in the health & wellness industry: It’s this whole idea of “balancing hormones.” If I had a dollar for every time someone said, “My goal is to balance my hormones,” or “My doctor said my symptoms are due to hormonal imbalance,” I would be able to retire today. Here’s the part that gets me: when I ask, “Which hormones?” the answer is usually something like…“I don’t know. Just hormones in general.” Friends, we have 200+...
I’m starting something new: Behind the Scenes of Real Health in Real Life. It’s my weekly, no-fluff check-in on how I’m navigating real health in real life. The wins, the wobbles, and the tools that are actually helping. Quick, to the point, and (hopefully) the kind of email that makes you feel like you’re not doing this alone. Here’s this week’s Behind the Scenes: Life lately:I’ve been home alone for three weeks, and I’m honestly using this time as a little gift to my nervous system. More...
